How to Show Up With Heart (Instead of Hustle Panic)

This week, I’ve been posting like crazy.

-Scheduling Pinterest pins.
-Writing captions.
-Building blog posts.
-Rewriting emails.
-Checking links.
-Checking again.

Pushing and pinning and praying that something breaks through.

Because honestly? I’m not just launching a product.

I’m trying to create income. And fast.

And if you’ve ever been in that space—desperate to make it work, clinging to every post and link like it might save you—you already know:

This kind of hustle doesn’t feel like flow.
It feels like panic.

And panic doesn’t create connection.
It doesn’t build community.
It doesn’t lead with power.
It pushes from fear.
And it leaves you exhausted, even when you’re doing “all the right things.”

So what do we do when we catch ourselves in hustle panic?

We pause.
We breathe.
And we remember: the best conversions come from connection.

People don’t buy when they feel pressured.

They buy when they feel seen.
They buy when they believe you understand them.
And they buy when your energy feels grounded—not frantic.

So here’s what I’m trying instead:

💜 I’m choosing to show up with heart.
💌 I’m sharing what’s real behind the scenes.
🚫 I’m releasing the lie that I have to perform perfection in order to earn.
🎯 I’m focusing on being helpful instead of being everywhere.

Because when I return to who I really am…When I lead from service, not scarcity…That’s when the right people start to lean in.

If you’re out there, trying to make it all work…Trying to post your way out of panic…I see you. I am you. And you’re not doing it wrong. You’re just in the messy middle.

Let’s keep showing up—heart first.
